If you’ve been injured in a transport accident, our experienced physiotherapists are ready to help you recover and regain your strength. We’ll create a personalised rehabilitation plan tailored to your specific needs and goals, so you can get back to living life with confidence.
We work closely with TAC and your healthcare providers to ensure a smooth and coordinated recovery journey. Our team handles all communication and documentation with TAC, keeping everyone informed and advocating for the best outcome for you.
Start your recovery with a professional team that understands TAC processes and puts your wellbeing first. Schedule your initial physiotherapy consultation now.
For clients with a valid TAC claim and approved treatment plan, we offer physiotherapy services with no out-of-pocket fees.
Our team is trained to provide high-quality care tailored to road-accident related injuries; from musculoskeletal strains to whiplash, joint injuries, fractures, and more.
We provide hands-on therapy, structured exercise/rehabilitation programs, strength assessments and functional rehab tailored to your needs in our modern onsite rehabilitation gym.
We assist with all TAC-related paperwork, billing and liaison; including preparing clinic letters, treatment plans and necessary reports so that you don’t spend time chasing approvals.
From your first appointment, we’ll guide you through what to bring (claim number, accident date, case-manager contact details, approval letter) to ensure everything is in order.
We treat a wide variety of accident-related injuries including, but not limited to:
• Neck pain and whiplash
• Back pain, spinal and musculoskeletal injuries
• Shoulder, knee, ankle, elbow pain or injury
• Soft tissue injuries, sprains, fractures
• Other pain or mobility issues aggravated by the accident
We tailor the rehab plan to your situation; whether you need short-term recovery, ongoing rehab, or functional support to return to work or daily activities.
At Plenty Physiotherapy, you’ll have access to:
• Initial consultations to thoroughly assess your injury, understand your goals, and develop a tailored rehab plan.
• Hands-on physiotherapy techniques plus supervised rehabilitation, exercise, and strength training where needed.
• Functional rehab including mobility, posture, flexibility, and strength; aiming to restore your pre-accident function.
• Ongoing support and communication with your TAC claim manager when required, helping manage treatment approvals or extensions.
To make a TAC physio appointment with us, simply bring:
• Your TAC claim number
• Date of the accident
• Your TAC case-manager contact details (if assigned)
• The treatment approval letter for physiotherapy from TAC
If it has been more than six months since your last treatment for an injury related to a road traffic accident, or if you don’t have an approved TAC treatment plan:
• Seek approval for further treatment: Contact the TAC before your appointment and gain further approval via your GP where possible.
• Pay full fee upfront: Pay the full fee at the time of your appointment. Your physiotherapist will then complete and submit a new treatment plan to TAC for approval. If, or once, approved, TAC will reimburse some, or all, of the appointment fees.
